GUBBIO – Questa mattina è stata presentata in conferenza stampa la Stagione di Prosa 2016-2017, classico appuntamento che si svolge al Teatro Comunale Luca Ronconi di Gubbio.
Il sindaco Filippo Mario Stirati ha espresso la sua vicinanza a quest’attività e l’importanza che ha per la città: “La stagione teatrale è un percorso al quale sono legato da decenni, negli anni si sono svolte stagioni straordinarie. Anche quest’anno abbiamo garantito un’alta qualità degli spettacoli che sono legati anche ad alcune realtà precise della nostra città, come ad esempio il rapporto tra le pari opportunità. È vero, abbiamo un pubblico consolidato di abbonati, ma vogliamo anche avvicinare i giovani a quest’iniziativa, poiché rappresentano la freschezza culturale di cui abbiamo bisogno.
Lo stiamo già facendo includendo quest’anno un’attività scuola-lavoro, che consente anche di far conoscere quello che rappresenta la vita interna del teatro, al di là degli attori e delle messe in scena. Gubbio non può non sostenere attività culturali di questo genere e facciamo un grande sforzo per questo, poiché crediamo che la cultura debba avere un ruolo significativo nella nostra città”.

L’assessore alla cultura Augusto Ancillotti ha voluto aggiungere qualcosa in più rispetto alle parole del Sindaco: “Con questa stagione non solo voglio far conoscere il teatro ai cittadini e ai giovani, ma abbiamo anche creato delle occasioni d’incontro tra la città ed alcune compagnie teatrali che reciteranno qui a Gubbio.
Le scelte che abbiamo fatto sono di vario genere, passiamo dal classico alla commedia con la presenza di momenti di danza e d’incontro tra la recitazione e la musica. Mi auguro che anche quest’anno la stagione abbia un grande successo”.
Il programma, presentato dalla Dott.ssa Bianca Maria Ragni, prevede una grande varietà di argomenti trattati, anche di carattere storico, dall’eccidio delle Fosse Ardeatine alla storia di Alda Merini, rappresentati da attori di livello nazionale non solo nel teatro, ma anche nella cinema e nella fiction.

Presentation of the “Stagione in Prosa 201672017”
This morning, the “Stagione in Prosa 2016-2017”, was presented with a press conference. It is an event, which takes place every year in the theatre Luca Ronconi of Gubbio.
The Mayor Filippo Mario Stirati has expressed his proximity to this activity and the importance that it has for the city: “The theatrical season is a run to which I have been being tied up for decades, in which, in the years, extraordinary seasons are developed. Also this year, we have guaranteed a high quality of the shows that is also tied up to some precise realities of our city, as for instance the relationship among the equal opportunities.
It is true, we have a public consolidated of subscribers, but we also want to approach young people to this initiative, since they represent the cultural freshness of which we have need. We are already doing it including this year an activity school-job, that also allows young people to know what the inside life of the theatre represents, beyond the actors and the acts. Gubbio is not able not to sustain cultural activity of this kind and we makes a great effort for this, since we believe that culture must have a meaningful role in our city“.

The councillor Augusto Ancillotti has wanted to add something more, in comparison to the words of the Mayor: “With this season, not only I want to let the citizens and the young people know the theatre, but we have also created some occasions of meeting among the city and some theatrical companies that will recite here in Gubbio.
The choices that we have done are of various kind, we pass from the classical one to the comedy with the presence of moments of dance and moments of meeting between the drama and the music. I wish me that also this year the season is successful“.
The schedule, introduced by the Dott.ssa Bianca Maria Ragni, foresee a great variety of topics, also of historical character, from the slaughter of the Fosse Ardeatine to the history of Alda Merini, represented by actors of national level not only in the theatre, but also in the cinema and in the fiction.
