Le opere di Patrizia Pastorelli
GUBBIO – La Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Laici in piazza Quaranta Martiri ospita (da sabato 22 ottobre fino a domenica 6 novembre) la mostra personale di pittura Patrizia Pastorelli 2.0.
La pittrice toscana, di origine eugubina, è la seconda volta che viene a Gubbio ad esporre dei suoi quadri. Nelle sue opere cerca sempre questo legame con la città natale, vuole ricordare i luoghi, i sentimenti e le emozioni dell’infanzia. In questa mostra ha deciso di portare una serie di opere fortemente legate a Gubbio e alla sua infanzia per dimostrare il filo conduttore della sua arte.
L’artista ha voluto spiegare il significato del titolo della sua mostra: “Il titolo della mia mostra è Patrizia Pastorelli 2.0, poiché oggi va di moda quest’espressione. Quindi ho voluto racchiudere nel titolo quello che voglio dimostrare con le mie opere, ovvero la mia evoluzione. Spero che tutti i sforzi fatti per questa mostra siano apprezzati da tutti voi. Ringrazio tutti per essere intervenuti a quest’inaugurazione, ma soprattutto il Sindaco e l’associazione La Medusa per l’aiuto ed il supporto”.

All’inaugurazione ha partecipato anche il sindaco Filippo Mario Stirati, che ha voluto personalmente portare il suo saluto: “Mi sembrava doveroso essere qui visto che si inaugura la mostra di una nostra concittadina, toscana d’adozione, ma nativa di Gubbio. Mi fa piacere che si possano ammirare questi dipinti che mettono in evidenza un legame forte con la nostra città.
Ci sono tanti scorci, paesaggi, personaggi, tradizioni che richiamano sicuramente Gubbio. Questa è anche un’occasione per valorizzare ulteriormente questo luogo che a Gubbio più che Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Laici è conosciuto come Chiesa dei Bianchi. È un luogo che ha riacquistato una bellezza ed una spazialità straordinarie e si presta tantissimo a queste mostre. Mi congratulo con Patrizia per questa bellissima mostra e le auguro un grande successo”.

Opening ceremony of Patrizia Pastorelli exhibition
The Santa Maria dei Laici Church hosts from today, saturday 22th october, until sunday 6th november, the personal exhibition of painting Patrizia Pastorelli 2.0.
It is the second time that the tuscan painter, born in Gubbio, show her works. She always look for this bond with the city native, she wants to remember the places, the feelings and the emotions of the childhood. In this exhibition she has decided to strongly bring a series of tied up works to Gubbio and her childhood to show the thread conductor of her art.
The artist wanted to explained why she choose the title of her exhibition: “The title of my exhibition is Patrizia Pastorelli 2.0 because everybody use this expression. So, I wanted to encompass in the title what I want to show with my works, that is to say my evolution. I hope that all my efforts done for this exhibition will be appreciated. Thanks for everybody her, above all the Mayor and the association La Medusa for their help and support”.
La mostra rimarrà aperta fino al 6 novembre alla Chiesa dei Laici
The mayor Filippo Mario Stirati has participated to the inauguration and that he has personally wanted to bring his regard: “It was right being here to an exhibition of one fellow citizen of ours, Tuscan of adoption, but native of Gubbio. It is a pleasure for me. There are so many foreshortenings, landscapes, characters, traditions that surely recall Gubbio.
This is also an occasion to subsequently promote this place that to Gubbio is more known as Church of the Whites. It is a place that has repurchased a beauty and an extraordinary space and it is lent as to these shows. I congratulate me with Patricia for this beautiful exhibition and I wish her a great success”.
