The deputy major has gone back over the stages of this process: in september 2014 there was the approbation of the regulations and the ranking list for the allocation of the apartments. In april 2015, there was the possibility of investments for the renovation of some apartments.

Then, she give some data about this situation: in Gubbio there are 282 apartments, whose 206 owned by ATER and 77 owned by the Municipality of Gubbio. These apartments have to have some particular requests and after a detailed control it emerged that 243 are in order, 16 have to be allocated and 15 have to be controlled again. This detailed control was done with the collaboration of the municipal police.

The president of ATER has affirmed that redeveloping the heritage in only one year is not easy: in 2015 more than 200 apartments were redeveloped despite the heritage was very ancient. This was possible thanks to an investments of more than 10 million€. The law n°80 of Prime Minister Matteo Renzi allowed the anticipation of these investments to recover most of vacant apartments.

At the end the councillor Alessia Tasso has given some details about the situation of via Madonna dei Perugini. This project previews the allocation of 29 apartments of 60-80 square meters approximately to elderly self-sufficient people over 65 years.

Each apartment has a own vegetable garden and there are also some common zones that could be used. This project had some difficulties because since 2007 two companies, which have the contract, have failed. In our budget 2015 we have previewed some resources to complete the project. The contract 2015 amount to 210.000€ and the only stages to complete are the outside and the documentation for the test and the conformity to standards. This project will be completed within this year.
